I've got the Peasant Knife and I was quite impressed with the blade quality but I backed the relief edge up so it's a hell of a lot sharper. I'm in the process of making it a fixed blade. Just have to make some handle scales. I've also got the Svord 370BB as a bushcraft knife, holds a wicked edge but doesn't have too thick of a blade, sadly. I'm from New Zealand too fwiw lol.

Bushcraft knives are quite good. Only up to now, I use gerber knives but I will check out Bushcraft.
